Registration deadline, tomorrow! Mammograms are used to check for breast cancer in women who have no signs or symptoms of the disease. Breast screening can help reduce the number of deaths from breast cancer among women ages 40 to 70.

Pre-register by 1/4/2013 by contacting Methodist Dallas Women?s Imaging at 214-947-0026 to schedule your appointment. Mention our location when scheduling.

Please bring your insurance card and the name and mailing address of your doctor. Without insurance? A payment of $288.05 is due at the time of service in the form of cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.
